  Chapter Committee Structure  
Committee Description
Bulletin/Communications Organizes and publishes the printing and distribution of the chapter newsletter and directs the use of electronic communications.  Assigns reporting responsibilities to members on a rotating basis.
By-Laws & Regulations Recommends changes to Chapter by-laws and records changes as approved by the membership.
Combined Youth Services Coordinates projects associated with youth activities, including youth sports, and preschool readings program.  Coordinates and ensures chapter support for Key and Builders Clubs.
Community Services Coordinates and conducts projects related to community activities.  These include coordination with historical groups, road cleanup, Farmers' Market, Heritage Days, Special Needs Christmas Party, Salvation Army, Memory Days.
Finance & Fund Raising  Organizes and conducts project to raise funds to support chapter activities.  These include the Annual Pancake Breakfast, semi-annual 50/50 drawing, Annual Fruit and Pie Sale, but not the weekly 50/50 drawing (House).
House Conducts support activities at venues where the club conducts meetings, including outdoor picnics.  Collects monies and ensures that venues are properly compensated for meals and other expenses.
Interclub Recruits members and schedules times to visit other Kiwanis chapters.  Helps the Chapter Incoming President to organize Interclub Meeting that are assigned to the Chapter by the Regional Office. Checkout points for Interclub Contest.
Membership Organizes and conducts programs to recruit new members and retain existing members.
Nominating Recruits, nominates and publishes a slate of officers for the coming year.  Members may nominate additional members for consideration.
Program Traditionally chaired by the Incoming President, organizes programs Chapter meetings.
Publicity Provides news releases to media outlets, manages the advertising program to announce Chapter events and programs and maintains the announcements section of the Club website. 
Scholarship Manages the Chapter scholarship program, including coordinating with the school district and recommending individuals to receive Chapter scholarships.
Spiritual Aims Manages the Chapter's spiritual activities, including the invocation for each meeting, organizing the annual Prayer Breakfast held each Good Friday and recruiting the Chapter Spiritual Advisor.
Welfare & Visitation Conducts visits of the elderly and Chapter members who may be ill to offer comfort and recognition.
